If you’ve tried every famous ice cream and can’t seem to get it right, then you probably haven’t ever had the original Oleiferous Brownie. These crazy brownie treats have been around since the 1930’s. They are just as popular today. These delicious, sweet candies were originally called Fruity Oleiferous. Since then they have been called Brownies. Everyone from high school students to movie stars to the President of the United States has enjoyed them on ice. It’s hard to argue with something this delicious.

These mouth-watering brownies were originally called “fruity oleiferous”, which is why they are so un-porky. They are very similar to traditional chocolate chip cookies and you can get the sugary sweet flavor all good things have. The idea for these outrageous brownies came from a failed experiment by two Swiss scientists trying to make a new flavor that they could use with wine. They forgot to add wine vinegar to the mix so they used chocolate chips instead. They have been selling out in retail stores all across the country since then, and they are almost as popular now as chocolate chip cookies. You don’t have to miss this tasty treat. If you love them as much I do, you will always find a place where you can get a box.

These delicious brownies are also great because they can be eaten anytime of the day. There’s no need to wait for the end of the month to get at least one or to have one ready for you at dinner. Ina Garten is the best place to buy them. Their brownies use both butter and cream cheese, which makes them a wonderful combination for dessert. You can substitute Splenda for the cream cheese if you wish to make dessert a regular part of your daily routine. These brownies will be a hit with everyone who tries them.
